We’re a seasonal community, open from May to October each year. But to be honest, we’re family year-round!

Our residents are our shareholders. They control the cost of ownership and every penny extra gets put back into our community.
Waterfront
With roughly 500’ of waterfront, we’re able to accommodate 68 boats in our modern marina. We also provide our residents with gas at cost!

Unwind.
By day you can find our residents lounging on their porches and patios, swimming in the bay, or off rafting their boats in the endless coves the region has to offer. At night, you can almost always bank on a community fire, cocktails in the park, and a "sunset brigade" at the waterfront.

We're just a mile from the scenic Thousand Islands Bridge on the serene Swan Bay. Numerous dining and shopping options are just a few minutes in either direction. But our community is just over the hill from the hustle and bustle. Ssshhhhh! Can you hear that? Neither can we...

Most of the homes in our community have great views of the St. Lawrence Seaway shipping channel. Watch these magnificent freighters pass by, and sometimes offer a friendly salute.
