We have a TON of cool things to offer. Here’s a few of the highlights:
Modern Marina
We have a modern, fixed-pier marina complex that accommodates 68 boats. The marina can comfortably accommodate boats up to 25 feet and we have several slips that can accommodate boats up to 30 feet.
On-Site Laundry
We have an in-park, coin-operated laundry facility. The community collectively manages the laundry schedule on a whiteboard in the laundromat – reserving a time is as easy as writing in your name!
Lots of Green Space
Our grounds offer ample open green space to walk, run or play in. Chip golf balls, play catch, walk the pup, catch some rays… Use it as you please!
Recreational Gas At Cost
We also provide 90 Octane Non-Ethanol gasoline exclusively for the convenience of our residents at cost (no mark-up).
Refuse & Recycling
We have a central refuse and recycle station, with the ability to accept household refuse and recycling, scrap metal, oversized household items, brush, etc.
Fishing
What can we say? The St. Lawrence River makes the top 10 on the Bass Masters top 100 Best Fishing Waters in the U.S. every year. Whether you fish for Bass, Pike, Walleye, Perch, or the infamous Musky, you’re right in the center of the action here at Meadow Lane Park.
Spacious Playground
Reconstructed in 2020, we have an expansive playground with swings for every age, a slide, tree house, jungle gym and even a giant Connect Four! There’s ample seating for the adults to supervise, and even a corn hole set!
Bigger Family
We’re all family at MLP. Gain a few cousins, nieces and nephews, or even the siblings you never had. The sense of community can be overwhelming sometimes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
