At Meadow Lane Park, buying a home means becoming a co-owner of the community itself. There is no landlord, no land lease, and no outside company controlling where you live.

You own the land, together

When you purchase a home at Meadow Lane Park, you also acquire a proportional share in the cooperative that owns the land beneath the entire community. That cooperative was formally incorporated in 2018.

This means the land can never be sold out from under you by an outside investor, and decisions about the community are made collectively by the people who live here — not by a distant landlord.

Resident-owned vs. land-lease

Most manufactured home communities operate on a land-lease model — you own the home but rent the land it sits on. Meadow Lane Park works differently.

* Meadow Lane Park members pay a quarterly assessment covering community operating expenses, grounds maintenance, and property taxes. There is no monthly lot rent.
