Meadow Lane Park is situated in the heart of the Thousand Islands on Route 12. We’re just one mile from the scenic Thousand Islands Bridge on the banks of Swan Bay. We are a seasonal, Resident–Owned Community, open from May until October.

Located between Alexandria Bay and Clayton, our residents have quick and convenient access to all that the region has to offer: shopping and dining options, boat tours around the Thousand Islands and tours to the early 1900’s Castles. Grocery shopping is less than a mile from the Park. While the area has lots of attractions, we find that most of our residents prefer the slow pace and quiet lifestyle the Park has to offer.

Many of our homes offer views of the St. Lawrence Seaway Shipping Channel where you can watch the magnificent freighters, cruise ships and private pleasure boats and yachts navigate the American Narrows. The Park faces directly into the Western Sky, and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking.

Our residents share a deep-rooted love of the River and for our Park. Some of our residents are third generation. Adults who spent summers at the park as children are now married and bring their children and grandchildren.

Residents can be found driving around the park in their golf carts, porch sitting, hanging out on the docks or in their boats. Others can be found out fishing, pleasure boating or relaxing in any one of the endless coves or bays on the River – rafting their boats, swimming, sun bathing, playing water sports, jet skiing, or pulling their kids or grandkids around on water skis and sporting tubes.

While we all love to do different things, the one thing you can bank on is the small “Sunset Brigade” of golf carts that gather at the Park’s waterfront to catch up on the day’s happenings and watch the spectacular sunsets.
